1. Basic Information About the Service Provider
The operator of the CZEnduro platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is:

2. Definition of Terms
Platform
The CZEnduro online system available at czenduro.cz and related domains, used for organizing and registering for motorcycle and bicycle races.
Operator
Auto Trutnov s.r.o., which ensures the operation of the Platform.
User
A natural or legal person who has registered on the Platform and uses its services.
Racer
A User who registers for races through the Platform.
Organizer
A User who organizes and offers races through the Platform.
Race
A sporting event organized by an Organizer and offered through the Platform.
Race Registration
The process by which a Racer registers their participation in a specific Race through the Platform.
Entry Fee
The price for participating in a Race as determined by the Organizer.
3. Subject of the Agreement and Platform Services
These terms and conditions govern the relationships between the Operator, Users, Racers, and Organizers when using the Platform.
3.1 Provided Services
The Platform provides the following services:
- For Racers: Registration for motorcycle and bicycle races, profile management, registration history, electronic tickets (QR codes)
- For Organizers: Creating and managing races, managing participant registrations, receiving payments, exporting starter lists
- Payment Processing: Secure online payments through the Stripe payment gateway
- Communication: Email communication between participants
3.2 Nature of the Service
Important: The Operator acts only as an intermediary between Racers and Organizers. The agreement for participation in a Race is concluded directly between the Racer and the Organizer of the specific Race.
The Operator is not an event organizer and is not responsible for the course, organization, safety, or quality of races. The Organizer of the specific Race bears full responsibility for these aspects.
4. Registration and User Account
4.1 Registration Requirements
- Registration on the Platform is voluntary and free of charge
- Natural persons over 16 years of age or legal entities may register
- Persons under 16 years of age may use the Platform only with the consent of a legal guardian
- One User may have only one user account
- True and current information must be provided during registration
4.2 Email Verification
After registration, the User will receive a verification link at the provided email address. Without email verification, it is not possible to use the full functionality of the Platform (e.g., race registration).
4.3 Account Security
- The User is obliged to protect their login credentials from misuse
- The password must meet minimum security requirements (min. 8 characters)
- If account compromise is suspected, the password must be changed immediately
- The User is responsible for all activities performed from their account
4.4 Account Termination
The User may request deletion of their account at any time by contacting the Operator at info@czenduro.cz. Some data may be retained for the period required by legal regulations (especially accounting documents for 10 years).
5. Racer Rights and Obligations
5.1 Racer Rights
- Browse the race offerings and register for them
- Modify their profile information and vehicle information
- Download an electronic ticket (QR code) after successful registration
- View their registration history
- Request a refund of the entry fee in accordance with the conditions of the specific Race
- Contact the Operator in case of technical problems with the Platform
5.2 Racer Obligations
- Provide true and current information during registration
- Keep their profile information up to date
- Familiarize themselves with the conditions of the specific Race before registration
- Pay the entry fee in full and on time
- Follow the Race rules set by the Organizer
- Have a valid vehicle driving license (if required)
- Have a vehicle in a condition suitable for participation in the Race
- Be physically fit to participate in the Race
- Have liability insurance (if required by the Organizer)
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The Racer is prohibited from:
- Providing false or misleading information
- Registering for a Race on behalf of another person without their consent
- Misusing the Platform for fraudulent activities
- Sharing account access credentials with third parties
- Disrupting the functioning of the Platform or the security of other Users
6. Organizer Rights and Obligations
6.1 Organizer Obligations
- Provide true and complete information about the Race
- Ensure that the Race takes place in accordance with published conditions
- Comply with all legal regulations regarding the organization of sporting events
- Have valid permits, insurance, and licenses for organizing the Race
- Ensure the safety of participants during the Race
- Handle complaints and refund requests according to their own conditions
- Inform participants of changes or cancellation of the Race at least 14 days in advance (if possible)
- Refund the full entry fee in case of Race cancellation for their own reasons
7. Prices, Payments, and Invoicing
7.1 Entry Fee
- The amount of the entry fee is determined by the Organizer of the specific Race
- The price is always stated in Czech crowns (CZK) including VAT (if applicable)
- The entry fee is payable immediately upon registration
- Registration is considered binding only after successful payment of the entry fee
7.2 Payment Methods
The Platform allows payment by:
- Online payment card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay
All payments are processed through the secure Stripe, Inc. payment gateway. The Operator does not store complete payment card numbers.
⏰ Payment Completion
Payment must be completed within 72 hours (3 days) of creating the registration. After this period expires, the registration will be automatically cancelled.
Card payment is processed immediately and registration is confirmed immediately after successful payment.
7.3 Invoicing
- After successful payment, the Racer will receive a payment confirmation by email
- Tax documents (invoices) are issued by the Race Organizer, not the Platform Operator
- If the Racer requires an invoice, they must request it directly from the Race Organizer
7.4 Failed Payment
In case of failed payment (insufficient funds, bank refusal, technical problem), registration for the Race is not confirmed. The Racer may retry the payment or contact their bank.
8. Withdrawal from Contract and Entry Fee Refund
8.1 Consumer Withdrawal from Contract
Important Notice
According to Section 1837(j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, it is not possible to withdraw from a contract for the provision of services related to leisure activities, if the provider provides these services at an agreed time.
Registration for a sporting event falls under this exception. Therefore, the Racer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days under consumer protection law.
8.2 Cancellation Policy
The Organizer of a specific Race may establish their own cancellation policy, which takes precedence over the Platform's default conditions. The Organizer's own cancellation policy is stated in the Race details, and the Racer is obliged to familiarize themselves with it before completing registration.
If the Organizer does not establish their own cancellation policy, the following default Platform cancellation policy:
More than 30 days before the race: 90% entry fee refund
14–30 days before the race: 50% entry fee refund
Less than 14 days before the race: No refund
8.3 Race Cancellation by Organizer
If the Race is cancelled for reasons on the Organizer's side (not force majeure), the Racer is entitled to:
- Refund of 100% of the paid entry fee (including Platform commission)
- Or transfer of registration to an alternative date (if offered)
Money is refunded to the payment card from which the original payment was made, within 14 days of Race cancellation.
8.4 Race Cancellation Due to Force Majeure
In case of Race cancellation due to force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, government ban, war, etc.), the procedure is as follows:
- The Organizer will offer an alternative date (preferred option)
- If an alternative date is not possible, the Organizer may refund only the portion of the entry fee corresponding to unexpended costs
- Specific conditions are decided by the Organizer based on actual costs incurred in preparing the Race
9. Liability
9.1 Operator Liability
The Operator is responsible only for:
- Functionality of the Platform and payment processing
- Protection of User personal data in accordance with GDPR
- Security of payment transactions
The Operator is NOT RESPONSIBLE for:
- Organization, course, quality, or safety of Races
- Harm to health or property of Racers during the Race
- Actions of Organizers towards Racers
- Fulfillment of Organizer obligations to Racers
- Truthfulness of information provided by the Organizer about the Race
- Technical parameters of race courses
- Weather conditions during the Race
9.2 Organizer Liability
The Organizer is fully responsible for:
- Organization of the Race in accordance with legal regulations
- Safety of participants, spectators, and third parties
- Obtaining necessary permits and licenses
- Conclusion of liability insurance
- Fulfillment of their obligations to Racers
- Proper refund of the entry fee in cases specified by these conditions or their own Race conditions
9.3 Racer Liability
By participating in the Race, the Racer confirms that they:
- Are physically fit to participate in a sporting event
- Have an appropriate driving license (if required)
- Have a vehicle in a condition suitable for operation
- Have liability insurance (if required)
- Participate in the Race at their own risk
- Are responsible for damages caused by their actions to third parties
9.4 Limitation of Liability
Motorsports and cycling are high-risk activities. Participation in Races is associated with the risk of injury or property damage. Each participant participates in the Race at their own risk and voluntarily. The Platform Operator bears no responsibility for harm to health or property arising in connection with participation in the Race.
9.5 Technical Outages
The Operator does not guarantee continuous availability of the Platform. In case of technical problems, maintenance, or force majeure, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable. The Operator is not responsible for damages arising from Platform unavailability.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Trademarks and Copyright
All Platform content (texts, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, software) is protected by copyright and is the property of the Operator or third parties who have granted the Operator a license to use it.
The designation "CZEnduro", logo, and other design elements are trademarks of the Operator.
10.2 Usage Restrictions
The User may not, without prior written consent of the Operator:
- Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content
- Use the Operator's trademarks
- Perform reverse engineering of Platform software
- Create derivative works based on the Platform
- Automatically download (scrape) data from the Platform
10.3 User Content
By uploading photographs, documents, or other content to the Platform, the User grants the Operator a non-exclusive license to use this content for the purposes of providing the service. Copyright to uploaded content remains with the User.
11. Personal Data Protection
The processing of User personal data is governed by a separate document Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms and conditions.
By using the Platform, the User consents to the processing of their personal data to the extent and for the purpose specified in the Privacy Policy document, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

- Data is processed for the purposes of race registration and account management
- Data is transferred to Race Organizers and the Stripe payment processor
- The User has the right to access, correct, delete, and transfer data

12. Complaints and Grievances
12.1 Complaint Procedure for Platform Services
Scope: Only technical problems with the Platform or errors in payment processing may be complained about.
Cannot be complained about: The course of the Race, its quality, organization, or services provided by the Organizer.
Complaint procedure:
1. Filing a complaint
Submit a complaint by email to info@czenduro.cz with a description of the problem and attachment of relevant supporting materials (screenshots, order number, date and time).
2. Filing deadline
The complaint must be submitted without undue delay, no later than 30 days from discovering the problem.
3. Complaint resolution
The Operator will resolve the complaint within 30 days of receipt. The User will be informed of the result by email.
4. Method of resolution
A justified complaint will be resolved by correcting the error, repeating the service, providing a discount, or refunding payment depending on the nature of the problem.
12.2 Complaints Against the Organizer
Complaints regarding the Race itself (course, organization, safety, quality) must be directed directly to the Organizer of the specific Race. The Organizer's contact details are provided in the Race details.
12.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute between the consumer and the Operator that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer has the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution body:

13. Final Provisions
13.1 Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Operator is authorized to unilaterally change these terms and conditions. Users will be informed of changes by email or announcement on the Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
If the User disagrees with the changes, they have the right to terminate their account before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes is considered consent to the changes.
13.2 Governing Law
These terms and conditions and the relationships governed by them are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.
13.3 Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved by the competent general courts of the Czech Republic.
The consumer has the right to contact the alternative dispute resolution body specified in Article 12.3.
13.4 Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions becomes invalid, ineffective, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced by a provision that most closely approximates the purpose of the original provision.

13.6 Effective Date
These terms and conditions become effective on January 26, 2026.
Confirmation of Acceptance of Terms
By registering on the Platform and using it, you confirm that you have familiarized yourself with these terms and conditions and commit to comply with them. You also confirm that you have familiarized yourself with the Privacy Policy and agree to it.
